Calling Builders and Realtors! 

Enter your home in a Showcase of the most beautiful homes in the Coastal Bend! This event will take place on the originally planned dates, with a more inclusive format.

Model home? Custom? Spec Home? Home been on the market a bit?

 Enter in for a 2 weekend dedicated open house!

House not quite finished, but want to showcase your floor plan for potential customers? Register your home now! (Must be in Cabinets Stage, and Builder will need to sign Indemnity Waiver, absolving the Coastal Bend HBA from any and all liability). 

What does entry in the Tour get me? 

• Exclusive Realtor Day access to your entry, on October 11th
• Your entry and all home details will be listed in the Digital Event Program.
• Entry will be placed on digital event map and website page. 
• Social Media and Digital Advertising for the event. 

Builder Deadlines: 

• Entry Deadline: Friday, September 27th at 5PM
• Withdrawal Deadline: Friday, September 27th at 5PM
• Lot Change, Plan Submission, Home Description, Plan & Rendering Review, and Builder Photo Deadline: Friday, September 27th at 5PM

Committee Inspections will take place on October 8th, to confirm your home is eligible to be shown in congruence with the event. 

Tour Map and Home Information will be made available on Thursday, October 10th at 9am. Deadlines are concrete to ensure that your home is included on the Map, Website, and advertising for the course of the weekends.
