All memberships are a 3-in-1 Package Deal! When you purchase a local membership you are also becoming a member of the Texas Associationa of Builders and National Association of Home Builders.
Builder Member
$750 - Annual Dues
Builder members are companies that are directly involved in building homes. They include small-volume builders, production builders, General Contractors, and Remodeling Companies. Developers are companies that develop land for residential building purposes, and would be considered a Builder Member for the purpose of applying.
Associate Member
$650 - Annual Dues
Associate Members are companies that support the building industry, providing direct services or products essential to the industry. This includes products such as lumber, steel, and appliances; or services such as Real Estate, Financing, Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC.
Affiliate Member
$200 - Annual Dues
Affiliate members are individuals that work for a Builder or Associate Member company already holding an active membership. This membership is available for any individual that would like the benefits of membership, under the umbrella of their company. Your membership is entirely dependent upon your parent company, and benefits expire when their benefits are not renewed.
