Event Details

Entry Fee: $250

Jackpot Entry: $25 each

Electricity/RV Spot: $40

Main Categories - Included in Entry Fee
  • 1 Fully Jointed Chicken Half (Complete with wing, breast, thigh and leg.) 
  • Pork Spare Ribs (Required: 8 Individual Pork Spare Ribs) 
  • Brisket (Required: 8 Full Slices)
Jack Pot Categories - $25 Entry Fee, 50% payout to 1st Place 

Note - Jackpots do not require main entry. You can participate in only a jackpot if you choose.

  • Bloody Marys (We provide the vodka, must use Live Oak Vodka)
  • Beans
  • Chef's Choice (NO DESSERT)

Must be prepared entirely on site. Each Jack Pot Category must have a unique entry.

  • 6PM: All Teams must be in their Cook-Spots
  • 6:15PM: Chef's Meeting
  • 7PM: Chef's Choice Jackpot Turn In 
Saturday, Februrary 15th, 2025
  • 9:30AM: Bloody Marys Jackpot Turn In
  • 10:30AM: Beans Jackpot Turn In
  • 12PM: Chicken Turn In
  • 1:30PM: Ribs Turn In
  • 3PM: Brisket Turn In
  • Awards to immediately follow judging
  • 8PM: Cook Sites must be cleaned and vacated (If you are staying overnight please notify the event contact to make arrangements)
