Development Services Long awaited Portal Launch: June 5th!

Thank you all for patiently waiting for the upgrade we all needed! It's near, and we have been working and listening to ways we can improve for our customers and staff. We are finally at the point where we can share the system with you and train you for the new world as we continue to make minor adjustments before our go-live date on June 5, 2023. 😊 This upgrade now brings zoning, platting, and public improvements online and will allow all documents to be uploaded and downloaded online instead of by email. Too good to believe; yes, I thought so too until I've tested it, broke it, tested again, broke it about 50 million times, and here we are! I bet you are ready to ditch the emails and move into the 21st century.

Please let me know if you can come by the office for an hour or two over the next several weeks. I will have staff available to assist and will need to send you an email to establish your test account.

All plats, public improvements, and zoning applications will allow for online payment once we go live. We encourage all to utilize the portal account as we will be moving away with email correspondence back and forth and move all reviewers, comments, and revisions to the portal account to allow for easy access at any time.
